I’m Anna, a KRI-Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, trained at the International School Ik Saran Dhian in France. Originally from Russia, I now live in Montpellier with my husband and son.
Kundalini Yoga has been part of my life since 2016, continuously transforming my being—bringing awareness, peace of mind, and a deep connection to myself and others.
There’s no magic shortcut to discovering our true nature. Transformation happens when we commit to the practice. Real change comes from daily discipline, aligning the body, mind, and soul.
We are living through a time of great global shifts. There’s no need to wait until Monday to make a change—the time is now.
The good news? Kundalini Yoga is for everyone. It doesn’t matter how old you are or whether you’re flexible.
